The ice water precooler is composed of ice water cooling tank and conveying tank, which uses the heat exchange in opposite direction between the material and ice water to improve the cooling efficiency. The water pump circulates heat, the cooling tank is equipped with stainless steel seamless tube heat transfer coil (evaporation discharge tube), the transmission adopts cycloidal reducer, and the cooling time is adjusted by frequency conversion; It can effectively precool the food, so it can improve the quality, stabilize the quality, improve the efficiency, save labor, reduce energy consumption, and reduce the production cost of the subsequent quick-freezing process.
