PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The machine consists of 13 flat plates arranged horizontally from top to bottom. The top one is connected to the oil cylinder piston rod by a traction frame. The liquid inlet and return pipes of each flat plate are respectively connected with the liquid inlet and air return main pipes with stainless steel metal hoses. The joint gaskets are sealed with polytetrafluoroethylene.
Aluminum alloy freezing plate adopts special extruded aluminum magnesium alloy profile, with light weight, high finish, reasonable structure, good thermal conductivity and strong corrosion resistance. It is welded by argon arc welding equipment and technology, with good welding quality and small deformation.
The whole hydraulic system is divided into two parts: oil cylinder and hydraulic station. One oil cylinder is located in the middle of the plate freezer. The oil cylinder is grinded and the surface of the piston rod is plated with hard chromium, so that the oil cylinder has long service life and no leakage. The solenoid valve on the hydraulic station can control the plate to move up or down.
Accessories such as liquid inlet and air return main pipes and door hinges are precision cast of stainless steel SUS304, which is beautiful and durable.
